Board of Directors
The business and affairs of the Authority are conducted by a Board of Directors consisting of three (3) Directors from each Member County. Each Director is appointed by the governing body of the respective Member County and may but need not, be a Member of that body. Each governing board may also appoint an alternate Director for the Directors appointed by such board, who shall serve as Directors in the absence thereof.
