Water Rights

The Humboldt River Basin Water Authority monitors water rights filings with the State Engineer and takes actions, as appropriate, on applications that may conflict with existing rights or otherwise adversely impact management of water in the Humboldt River Basin. HRBWA has protested the following applications: 89361, 89360, 89359, 89358, 89357, 89355, 89447, 89446, 89346, 88871 and 87492.
